Shop around in Branson like an Insider.

Owner April Heaton infuses gourmet chocolates, which she calls artisans, with unexpected spices. Try the house specialty, the Aztec Gold, an artisan with a blend of chocolate with cinnamon, honey and Ancho chili powder.
Everyone needs a little discount shopping now and then. Head to the Tanger Outlet Mall (300 Tanger Blvd., 417-337-9328) for a slew of outlet versions of your favorite stores, including Ann Taylor, Eddie Bauer, Le Gourmet Chef, Old Navy, Coach and Liz Claiborne, along with a few Branson favorites like the Fudgery and Branson Quilts.
Looking for something with a little homemade appeal? The Branson Craft Mall (694 State Hwy. 165, 417-334-1223, bransoncraftmall.com) sells booths upon booths of artisan crafts and homemade food gifts, including musical instruments, clothing, home decor and more. Or catch a demonstration by one of the working craftsmen.
If you’re looking for a different kind of retail experience, check out Dick’s 5 & 10 (103 West Main St., 417-334-2410, dicksoldtime5and10.com) which has a wide selection of retro games and toys along with shelves of housewares, gifts and crafts. And don’t forget the candy aisle, lined with old-time favorites.
