Branson Fun, On Point
Indian Point is one of the Branson area’s most charming, unique destinations.
Indian Point Chamber of Commerce: History and Progress
800-888-3313, indianpoint.org
The Indian Point Chamber of Commerce is one of the oldest in the Branson/Tri-Lakes Area. It began in 1968 as an area improvement association, when businesses on the Point took upon themselves the need to improve their businesses and look out for the welfare of people living and vacationing on Indian Point.
More than four decades later, they’re still promoting that mission, even after Branson’s tourism boom that saw the creation of two other area chambers (which Indian Point works with closely and encouraged its own members to also join).
But throughout the boom, Indian Point has held onto its roots while adding new businesses to the mainstays, which include Rock Lane Lodge, Stillwaters Resorts and the Indian Point Boat Dock, the first commercial dock on Table Rock Lake.
Today Indian Point is a unique destination on Table Rock Lake, featuring local dining destinations, a number of resorts, public and private boat access and ample campground space. Silver Dollar City is just down the road, part of the beautiful entrance to Indian Point.
